Before rain you should clean rain gutters, check your roof for maintenance, and check all windows (if caulking around your windows were not sealed correctly or weather has caused deterioration, water can be leaking into your walls).

Water damage can be difficult to spot but some signs you can look for in your home and business. Such as; your walls and ceiling. See if there is water rings and if the paint and drywall are soft or sagging. If so, most likely there is water damage.
