Troy J. Voss Sr.

Troy Sr. is an Owner at SERVPRO of North Highlands / Rio Linda. Troy Sr. Holds IICRC certifications for water restoration, smoke restoration, fire restoration, applied structural drying, and applied microbial remediation. This knowledge allows for him to properly support and guide his employees with a hands-on approach of on-the-job training.

Troy came to be the owner of a SERVPRO in 2012. Moving on from 24 years in the printing industry where his forward drive placed him in the position of Electronic Pre-press Supervisor/Manager. He enjoys the feeling of helping others which largely affected his choice in SERVPRO, where he could apply his management, training, home renovation, and maintenance experience to helping others in times of need. During his off time he enjoys camping with his family.

Jannel Voss

Jan has been an Owner at SERVPRO of North Highlands / Rio Linda since we opened in 2012. She has also been a co-owner at Foothill Skate Inn, in Sacramento, for over 30 years. Jan is highly educated and experienced in employee management.

Eleanor Garcia

Eleanor is a Sales Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of North Highlands / Rio Linda and has been with us for 4 years. Eleanor’s strong attention to detail and listening skills make her a highly motivated SMR and a valued team member. Eleanor works closely with Jet Blue Airlines and volunteers in her community when possible.

Sara Sotomayor

Sara is a Sales Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of North Highlands / Rio Linda and has been with us for nearly 3 years. Sara’s high energy and drive to succeed have made her a great asset to our sales team and a valued team member. Along with being a valued sales team member, she is also IICRC certified in water restoration. Sara’s most recent accomplishment was bringing a beautiful baby girl into this world and into our Franchise.
