Check regularly for:

- A musty odor in the area where your water heater is located.
- The room the water heater is in feel unusually humid.
I think I have a leak! Now What?
Find the Source!
- Dry the area and try to determine where the water is coming from.
- Check pipes around water heater and overhead.
- The gaskets and valves may have come loose from the water pressure.
- If you can’t find the source, check every few hours for signs of where the water is traveling from.
